Welcome to Supra — the fastest delivery app in Fayoum Governorate. Your privacy matters to us, so we created this page to explain how we handle your personal data when you use our app or website.

2. Data We Collect

📌 Account Data

• Name and phone number (required for registration)
• Password (hashed — even we cannot see it)
• Account creation date and last login

📍 Address Data

• Text address (governorate, city, street, building, floor, apartment, landmark)
• Geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude) for your selected address

🛒 Order Data

• Order details (products, quantities, prices, restaurant, payment method)
• Past order history
• Complaints and suggestions you submit

📱 Device Data

• Device type, model, and OS version (Android/iOS)
• Unique device identifier (for push notifications)
• IP address and basic network info

💬 Chat Data

• Messages you send to the courier or support team
• Date and timestamp for each message

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

• ✅ Order fulfillment: Delivering your order to the correct address on time
• ✅ Communication: Notifying you of order status, confirmations, alerts
• ✅ Customer support: Responding to your complaints and inquiries
• ✅ Service improvement: Analyzing patterns to deliver better service

4. Location Data 📍

• For customers: We capture your location only once when you select a new address on the map
• For couriers: We track their location in real-time only while delivering an order — and it's deleted afterward
• We do NOT track your location when you're not using the app
• You can revoke location permission anytime from your device settings

5. Camera & Photos 📷

The app may request access to your camera and photos for:

• Uploading ID photos for couriers (national ID, driving license)
• Profile photo for your account
• Attaching photos with complaints (e.g., photo of a damaged item)

Photos are stored on secure Firebase servers and not used for any other purpose.

6. Notifications 🔔

The app sends push notifications for:

• Order confirmations and status updates
• New messages from courier or support
• Promotional offers and discount codes
• Account security alerts

You can disable notifications anytime from your device OS settings.

7. Data Sharing 🤝

We do not sell your data. Limited sharing happens in these cases:

• With the courier: Your name, phone, and delivery address (to deliver to you)
• With the restaurant: Your name and order details
• With payment processors (if paid via card/wallet): transaction amount only
• With Firebase (Google): as our infrastructure and notification provider
• With government authorities: only if required by official legal order

8. Security & Storage 🔒

• Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• Passwords are hashed — even our admins cannot see them
• Login logs are monitored to detect any breach attempts
• Old orders are automatically deleted 14 days after completion (TTL)
• Servers are hosted in Google Cloud data centers (Europe)

9. Your Rights ⚖️

10. Children 👶

The app is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover an account for a child, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
